What the clinic may provide

Approved clinic-hosted space

A private, safe space where Intervention Specialists can deliver one-on-one sessions.

Reception/waiting area access where approved

Welcoming access for families before and after sessions, where your clinic allows it.

Regulation/body-break/sensory area access where available

Use of a calm or sensory-friendly space if your clinic already has one.

Clinic coordination

A point of contact at your clinic to align on scheduling, space, and shared expectations.

Clinical collaboration where applicable

Optional input and collaboration with your regulated clinical team, within your scope.

Suitability review where applicable

Confirming a family's fit for clinic-hosted implementation support, when appropriate.

OAP or insurance-aligned pathway support where appropriate

Guiding families on how documentation may align with their funding or insurance pathway.

Clinic Participation and Site Support Fee

Participating clinics may retain up to 10% of active monthly intervention package revenue as a Clinic Participation and Site Support Fee, where confirmed in the clinic-specific MOU / Agreement.

Clarification

This is not a referral fee, commission, lead fee, finder's fee, licensing fee, ownership fee, or payment for recommending ANUVO. It is a site support fee tied to the clinic-hosted use of space and coordination.

Proposed partnership timeline

Key milestones for a fall 2026 clinic-hosted launch. Dates depend on approvals and partnership readiness.

  1. August 2026

    Finalize MOU, review landing page, confirm clinic space, confirm contacts, confirm program hours, and confirm payment process.

  2. Mid to End of August 2026

    Registration opens, if required approvals are in place.

  3. Mid to End of August 2026

    Program Fit Calls, intake, consent, and suitability review where applicable.

  4. Late August to September 2026

    Preferences Assessment, Blueprint preparation, scheduling, staffing, and workstation planning.

  5. End of September to Mid October 2026

    Pilot launch and first clinic-hosted sessions.

  6. Day 60

    Formal pilot review.

  7. Day 90

    End-of-pilot review and extension decision.

Where the boundaries sit

  • ANUVO is not marketed as an independent OAP clinical provider.
  • The program is not tutoring and not therapy.
  • OAP or insurance reimbursement is not guaranteed.
  • Regulated clinical services remain within the participating licensed clinic.
  • ANUVO's role is implementation support — not regulated clinical treatment.
  • All partnerships are documented in a clinic-specific MOU / Agreement.

The ANUVO Preferences Intervention Program is an ANUVO-developed implementation support framework delivered through participating clinic-hosted partnerships. ANUVO does not independently provide ABA therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language therapy, psychotherapy, diagnosis, psychoeducational assessment, OAP clinical services, or regulated clinical treatment. Regulated clinical services remain within the scope of the participating licensed clinic or regulated professional. OAP or insurance reimbursement is not guaranteed.
