What is the ANUVO Preferences Intervention Program?

It is a clinic-hosted implementation support program. It begins with ANUVO's Preferences Assessment and Preferences Blueprint™, then trained ANUVO Preferences Intervention Specialists provide structured one-on-one implementation support in participating clinic locations.

What is the program not?

It is not tutoring or homework help, not therapy, diagnosis, or regulated clinical treatment, not a replacement for ABA, OT, SLP, or psychotherapy services, and not a guarantee of OAP or insurance reimbursement.

How does the clinic-hosted model work?

Sessions take place in participating licensed clinic locations. The clinic provides the hosted environment and, where applicable, clinical collaboration and supervision participation. ANUVO provides the framework, trained Intervention Specialists, weekly reporting, and family communication.

What is the Preferences Assessment and Preferences Blueprint™?

Each family begins with a Preferences Assessment. From that, ANUVO develops the Preferences Blueprint™ — a structured plan that guides the implementation sessions and gives families a clear picture of what will be practiced week to week.

What happens in implementation sessions?

Structured one-on-one sessions focus on routines, transitions, participation, organization, engagement, and carryover of professional recommendations into everyday life.

How are parents and caregivers involved?

Parent and caregiver participation is part of the model. Families review weekly updates, attend monthly feedback meetings, share changes or concerns, and support reasonable carryover strategies at home.

What happens after I select options?

Nothing is submitted automatically. The selections are just a self-check. You can then book a free 15-minute Program Fit Call, or add the selections to the family inquiry form so ANUVO sees them when you submit.

Does selecting options mean we're enrolled?

No. Selections are not a registration or guarantee of a spot. Enrollment is only confirmed after the full registration package is complete, fees are paid, and a start date is agreed in writing.

What happens during the Program Fit Call?

A brief, virtual conversation to learn about your situation, answer questions about the program, and explain whether the clinic-hosted model may be appropriate. It is not a clinical assessment or diagnosis.

What if I add selections to the inquiry form?

They appear as editable items in the 'Main concerns or goals' field. You can review, edit, or remove them before submitting. The inquiry form still requires your contact details and consent checkboxes.

Is this a diagnostic or eligibility test?

No. The checkboxes are not a diagnostic tool, eligibility test, or clinical screen. They simply help you identify what kind of follow-through support you may be looking for before you speak with ANUVO.

The ANUVO Preferences Intervention Program is an ANUVO-developed implementation support framework delivered through participating clinic-hosted partnerships. ANUVO does not independently provide ABA therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language therapy, psychotherapy, diagnosis, psychoeducational assessment, OAP clinical services, or regulated clinical treatment. A Program Fit Call is a conversation, not a commitment. Fit, availability, and registration are confirmed in writing before anything begins.
The clinic may also have its own steps.
A participating clinic may complete its own clinic-side meeting, intake step, suitability review, funding discussion, or payment process before enrollment is confirmed. The timing may vary: if your family is already connected to the clinic, the clinic may meet with you before or alongside ANUVO’s Program Fit Call. If you are new to the clinic, ANUVO may first complete the Program Fit Call and then coordinate with the clinic where applicable. The clinic sets and maintains the professional standards, supervision, and safety practices that apply on site.

Smile 4 Therapy pilot: how billing and payment work

Families pay Smile 4 Therapy directly
For the Smile 4 Therapy pilot, the family/client is billed by and pays Smile 4 Therapy directly, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Family payment is due 30 days before the first session
Families complete payment to Smile 4 Therapy a minimum of 30 days before the first scheduled session of the applicable service month.
ANUVO invoices Smile 4 Therapy
The invoice is based on the completed ANUVO registration package, selected package level, service frequency, service month, and start date.
Smile 4 Therapy pays ANUVO 15 days before the start date
Payment to ANUVO is due a minimum of 15 days before the participant's first scheduled start date.
