Structured implementation support for your child
One-on-one sessions in a participating licensed clinic, guided by the Preferences Blueprint™.
How to start
Your path, in five simple steps
Every family starts the same way: with a short Program Fit Call.
- Step 1 — start here
Program Fit Call
A free 15-minute virtual call. We listen, answer questions, and say honestly whether this fits. - Step 2
Preferences Assessment
A structured look at how your child learns, engages, and responds — no diagnosis, no testing labels. - Step 3
Preferences Blueprint™
Your plain-language plan. It sets out what sessions will practise, week by week. - Step 4
Sessions at the clinic
One-on-one implementation sessions inside a participating licensed clinic space. - Step 5
Updates and check-ins
Short weekly progress notes, plus a monthly meeting to review and adjust together. Enrollment is never automatic.
A Program Fit Call is a conversation, not a commitment. Fit, availability, and registration are confirmed in writing before anything begins. The clinic may also have its own steps.
A participating clinic may complete its own clinic-side meeting, intake step, suitability review, funding discussion, or payment process before enrollment is confirmed. The timing may vary: if your family is already connected to the clinic, the clinic may meet with you before or alongside ANUVO’s Program Fit Call. If you are new to the clinic, ANUVO may first complete the Program Fit Call and then coordinate with the clinic where applicable. Enrollment is not confirmed until both ANUVO and the participating clinic have completed the required fit, consent, suitability, payment, and scheduling steps.

Who you pay
The clinic

How payment works
- You receive the fees, package, and start date in writing after your Program Fit Call.
- You confirm in writing if you'd like to go ahead. Enrollment is never automatic.
- The clinic invoices you for onboarding and the first month; sessions begin once payment is confirmed.
- Monthly package fees continue on the same schedule. You can ask to change frequency in writing.
What to expect next
If you booked a Program Fit Call
You'll get a confirmation with the time and joining details. On the 15-minute call we talk through your child, answer your questions, and see whether the program is a fit. Nothing is committed on the call.
If you sent the inquiry form
We reply to arrange a Program Fit Call at a time that suits you. If the program isn't the right fit, we'll say so plainly.
After the call
You receive a written summary with fees, package options, and next steps. You decide from there — there's no obligation and no pressure.

Ottawa autism support and OAP-aligned support, in plain language
Two questions families ask before they book a call.
Where sessions happen
Sessions run inside participating licensed clinic locations in the Ottawa area, so your child works in a supervised space alongside the team already supporting them.
How funding is handled
Where applicable, session records and summaries are written to line up with OAP-aligned support and insurance-aligned pathways. Fees are shared in writing before you decide.
