Is enrollment automatic?

No. Enrollment depends on program fit, completed intake and consent forms, payment confirmation, participant suitability, clinic-hosted space availability, staffing availability, safety and accessibility needs, and clinic requirements where applicable.

Is my child safe during sessions?

Safety comes first. Sessions take place in approved, supervised clinic-hosted spaces. ANUVO Intervention Specialists complete role training, sign confidentiality agreements, and follow clinic safety and accessibility requirements. If a safety or accessibility need cannot be met, we will say so honestly before starting.

Who is eligible to take part?

This program is designed for children and youth who already have recommendations, therapy goals, or support plans from a professional, and whose families want help following through at home and in daily routines. A diagnosis is not required, and we do not provide one.

How do I know if this is a good fit for my family?

Fit is a conversation, not a test. On a 15-minute call we listen to what is happening at home, explain how sessions work, and share honestly if another path would serve you better. There is no pressure to continue.

What happens after I send an inquiry?

You will receive a confirmation email right away with a copy of what you agreed to. Our team reviews your inquiry and follows up to arrange a 15-minute Program Fit Call. Sending an inquiry does not confirm enrollment.

Yes. Families can pause or stop at any time. Let your ANUVO contact or the participating clinic know, and we will confirm next steps in writing. There is no penalty for deciding this is not the right time.

What is the Preferences Blueprint?

How does payment work for the Smile 4 Therapy pilot?

For the Smile 4 Therapy pilot, the family/client is billed by and pays Smile 4 Therapy directly unless otherwise agreed in writing. Families complete payment to Smile 4 Therapy a minimum of 30 days before the first scheduled session of the applicable service month. ANUVO invoices Smile 4 Therapy based on the completed ANUVO registration package, selected package level, service frequency, service month, and start date, and Smile 4 Therapy pays ANUVO a minimum of 15 days before the participant's first scheduled start date. Services do not begin until payment to ANUVO is confirmed unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Is OAP or insurance reimbursement guaranteed?

No. The ANUVO Preferences Intervention Program is an ANUVO-developed implementation support framework delivered through participating clinic-hosted partnerships. ANUVO does not independently provide ABA therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language therapy, psychotherapy, diagnosis, psychoeducational assessment, OAP clinical services, or regulated clinical treatment. Regulated clinical services remain within the scope of the participating licensed clinic or regulated professional. OAP or insurance reimbursement is not guaranteed.

What does ANUVO provide?

ANUVO provides the Preferences Assessment, Preferences Blueprint, trained Intervention Specialists, structured implementation sessions, weekly updates, monthly parent/caregiver feedback meetings, tools, materials, program coordination, and quality support.

What does the clinic provide?

The participating clinic may provide approved clinic-hosted space, clinic coordination, suitability review, clinical collaboration, supervision participation where required, and OAP or insurance-aligned pathway support where applicable.
