ANUVO is hiring Preferences Intervention Specialists to support participants in clinic-hosted one-on-one implementation sessions.

Role summary

Preferences Intervention Specialists help participants apply routines, strategies, organization tools, transition supports, participation supports, and regulation-readiness strategies using the ANUVO Preferences Blueprint.

Important role boundary

This role is not tutoring, ABA therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language therapy, psychotherapy, diagnosis, psychoeducational assessment, or regulated clinical treatment. Regulated clinical services remain within the participating licensed clinic's scope.

Responsibilities

One-on-one sessions

Support clinic-hosted implementation sessions for participants and families.

Follow the Blueprint

Use the ANUVO Preferences Blueprint as the guide for each session.

Routines and transitions

Support routines, transitions, organization, participation, and engagement.

Tools and materials

Use ANUVO tools, workstations, and materials during sessions.

Regulation-readiness

Support regulation-readiness and body-break routines where appropriate.

Documentation

Complete session notes and documentation for each visit.

Team check-ins

Participate in team check-ins and coaching conversations.

Safety and confidentiality

Follow confidentiality, safety, and clinic site rules at all times.

Typical schedule

Evening sessions may occur between approximately 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM, depending on clinic site availability and program needs.
