Preferences Intervention Specialist
Deliver structured one-on-one implementation sessions to families in a participating licensed clinic.
About the role
ANUVO Preferences Intervention Specialists work inside participating licensed clinic locations, following the Preferences Blueprint™ for each family. This is an implementation support role — not a clinical role. Regulated clinical services remain within the participating clinic's scope.
What you'll do
- Deliver structured one-on-one implementation sessions in a hosted clinic setting
- Follow the Preferences Blueprint™ prepared for each family
- Support routines, transitions, participation, organization, and carryover
- Complete weekly progress notes and contribute to monthly family feedback
- Collaborate respectfully with the participating clinic team
What we look for
- Experience supporting neurodiverse learners, children, or youth
- Warm, professional, family-centred communication
- Reliability and comfort working inside a clinic environment
- Comfort with structured programs, notes, and weekly reporting
- Alignment with ANUVO's non-clinical scope and boundaries

Scope note
This role is not a regulated clinical role. Intervention Specialists do not diagnose, deliver ABA/OT/SLP/psychotherapy, or perform regulated clinical treatment. Those services remain within the participating licensed clinic's scope.
