Preferences Intervention Specialist

Deliver structured one-on-one implementation sessions to families in a participating licensed clinic.

About the role

ANUVO Preferences Intervention Specialists work inside participating licensed clinic locations, following the Preferences Blueprint™ for each family. This is an implementation support role — not a clinical role. Regulated clinical services remain within the participating clinic's scope.

What you'll do

  • Deliver structured one-on-one implementation sessions in a hosted clinic setting
  • Follow the Preferences Blueprint™ prepared for each family
  • Support routines, transitions, participation, organization, and carryover
  • Complete weekly progress notes and contribute to monthly family feedback
  • Collaborate respectfully with the participating clinic team

What we look for

  • Experience supporting neurodiverse learners, children, or youth
  • Warm, professional, family-centred communication
  • Reliability and comfort working inside a clinic environment
  • Comfort with structured programs, notes, and weekly reporting
  • Alignment with ANUVO's non-clinical scope and boundaries

What ANUVO provides

  • Training on the Preferences Intervention Program framework
  • The Preferences Blueprint™ for every family you support
  • Ongoing coaching and check-ins
  • Clear scope boundaries so you're never asked to work outside your role

Scope note

This role is not a regulated clinical role. Intervention Specialists do not diagnose, deliver ABA/OT/SLP/psychotherapy, or perform regulated clinical treatment. Those services remain within the participating licensed clinic's scope.
