Who we are
ANUVO Education Support Services ("ANUVO", "we", "us") operates this website and the ANUVO Preferences Intervention Program. We are the organization responsible for the personal information collected through the forms and pages on this site.
Questions about this policy or your information can be sent to inquiries@anuvo.ca.
What we collect
Through our inquiry, clinic, and team forms, we may collect:
- Your name and role (parent, caregiver, clinic contact, applicant)
- Contact details (email, phone, city, preferred contact method)
- Information you choose to share about your family, learner, clinic, or availability
- Optional attachments you upload with your inquiry
- Basic technical metadata (timestamp, referring page, marketing attribution) needed to route and answer your inquiry
You control what you share. Only the fields marked required are needed to respond. Please do not include sensitive health details in free-text fields; a Program Fit Call is a better place to share them.
Why we collect it
We use the information you share to:
- Respond to your inquiry or application
- Coordinate a Program Fit Call and follow up as needed
- Share relevant program information with you
- Maintain records of consent and communication
- Improve the clarity and accessibility of our forms and pages
Consent
We ask for your consent when you submit a form. That consent covers follow-up about the Preferences Intervention Program using the contact method you selected. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing inquiries@anuvo.ca. Withdrawing consent does not affect any lawful processing that already took place.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your information. We do not share your inquiry with Smile 4 Therapy or any other clinic partner without your specific permission. Where you ask us to coordinate with a clinic partner, we will share only what is necessary for that coordination.
We use a small set of trusted service providers to run this website and store your submissions securely. These providers are only permitted to process your information on our behalf and under confidentiality obligations.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records are retained for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable follow-up period, and then archived or securely destroyed in line with our internal retention schedule. You may ask us to delete your inquiry record earlier by emailing us.
How we protect it
Submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in access-controlled systems. Access is limited to ANUVO team members who need it to respond to inquiries or maintain the service. We regularly review our safeguards, but no online transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.
Your choices and rights
Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial law, you can:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate
- Withdraw your consent for future contact
- Ask us to delete your inquiry record
- Raise a concern about how we handle your information
To exercise any of these, email inquiries@anuvo.ca. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
Children and families
Inquiries about children are submitted by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children through this website. Program-level records that involve a learner are handled under a separate service agreement and consent process.
Cookies and analytics
We use only the analytics we need to understand how forms and pages perform. Analytics are gated by the consent banner on this site — if you decline, we do not send analytics events for your visit.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page shows when it was most recently revised.
